The Foundation

Milestone 1:Build the infrastructure

Milestone 1 established the core OIS runtime and governance foundation.

We built the deterministic enforcement lattice, identity and memory systems, and the governance architecture that ensure every decision is consistent, replay-safe, and authority-clean.

This foundation is complete, locked, and proven at scale.

A working platform with the SDK boundary, governance architecture, structured memory, authority controls, and the foundation for applications to be built on top.

Strong experience with some combination of:
