Before you begin
We're not looking for executive polish. We're looking for you.
Answer these questions however you're most comfortable. Type a few sentences, write a detailed response, or use voice-to-text and talk through your thinking.
Don't worry about making every answer sound perfect. We care much more about how you approach problems, what you've actually done, what you've learned, and how you think than how polished your application sounds.
There are no ideal answers and no prize for writing more. Just give us enough to understand who you are and how you think.
- Type it
- Talk it through 🎙️
- Keep it real
Use AI if it's part of how you normally work. We're interested in how you use it, too. Just make sure your answers genuinely reflect your own experience and thinking.
